Parts handling and forklift operation. Must have a forklift license training completion certificate
Parts organization and tidying
Strict adherence/knowledge of 5S rules and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Background: A relevant technical or vocational degree is preferred; however, a High

School or Vocational Graduate with the required heavy equipment handling experience is fully
acceptable.

Certifications & Licenses (Mandatory):

○ Must possess a valid Forklift License Training Completion Certificate (typically a TESDA

Heavy Equipment Operation - Forklift NC II certification).

○ Valid Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License with appropriate restriction
codes.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts safely in an industrial

warehouse or factory plant.

Technical Skills & Core Competencies:

○ Expertise in safe parts handling, loading, and forklift operations.

○ Strong physical stamina and organizational skills for parts tidying and warehouse
structuring.

○ Direct knowledge and execution of workplace safety and 5S rules.
