Job Summary

We are hiring a qualified Pumpcrete Operator to support concrete pouring operations for our project in Baler, Aurora. The role requires safe and efficient operation of pumpcrete equipment in accordance with project requirements and Philippine construction safety standards.

• Operate pumpcrete machine for concrete placement
• Set up and ensure proper positioning of equipment before operation
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and concrete mixer drivers
• Monitor concrete flow and adjust controls as needed
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance
• Report mechanical issues and assist in troubleshooting
• Follow all site safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Maintain daily operational logs

• At least 1–2 years of experience operating pumpcrete or similar heavy equipment
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction for Heavy Vehicles)
• Experience in operating pumpcrete machines is required
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices is an advantage
