Application Support Specialist (Workday Administrator)

Provide operational and transactional support for HR applications, primarily Workday. Act as the first point of contact for system inquiries, troubleshooting, data maintenance, and user assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, document cases, and maintain support materials.
• Business Process Support: Assist with HR transactions, data updates, and process compliance.
• Data Management: Perform routine data validation, mass uploads, and ensure accuracy.
• Workflow & Security: Manage inbox tasks, access requests, and user accounts.
• Compensation & Performance: Support annual cycles with data entry and validation.
• Document Management: Maintain templates and troubleshoot generation issues.
• Testing & Improvement: Participate in UAT, document results, and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration: Partner with HR teams, provide updates, and support audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6 months–1 year in HR operations, application support, or system administration.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred), ticketing tools, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow processes.
• Willing to work mid-shift and report onsite in Taguig three days per week.
