We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, streamline processes, and support company leadership. This role is critical in ensuring efficient office functionality, maintaining compliance, and supporting both operational and HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and maintain company schedules, meetings, and calendars
- Prepare, compile, and distribute regular reports to leadership
- Track and manage company renewals (licenses, contracts, subscriptions, insurance, etc.) to ensure compliance and timeliness
- Identify, implement, and optimize CRM and project management tools to improve workflow and communication
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth internal communication
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational initiatives
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies, preferably in construction and/or sales environments
- Strong familiarity with selecting and implementing CRM and project management tools
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Experience supporting HR functions (recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance)
- Ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
