IT Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and project teams in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, and documentation, while also facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and the IT group
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations on project progress
• Schedule meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain organized and accessible project documentation
• Assist the Business Analyst in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify project risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager as needed
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the IT Project and Business Relations Department Head

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Assistant/Coordinator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work full-time onsite
