Full Stack Developer VA

This is a project-based engagement focused on rapid, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient in modern development frameworks, comfortable using AI-assisted development tools, and capable of delivering a complete and polished product within a tight and clearly defined timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a custom web or mobile application based on provided specifications and feature requirements
• Integrate the application with GoHighLevel CRM via API
• Implement Twilio integration for communication and messaging features
• Build both client-facing and internal-use interfaces to the required standard
• Design and implement clinical management workflows within the application
• Ensure the application architecture supports future modifications and additional integrations
• Thoroughly test and debug the application before final delivery
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for the completed application including setup and maintenance guides
• Collaborate with the business owner to clarify and refine features and requirements throughout development

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in full-stack web or mobile application development
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, particularly with CRM and communication platforms
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks and programming languages
• Experience with database design and management
• Ability to work independently and deliver a complete, working product within tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and quality assurance skills
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders throughout the project
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a track record of delivering polished, finished products on schedule

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel's API and integration ecosystem
• Experience building healthcare, veterinary, or practice management applications
