AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Brief Description and Purpose of the Position

The Audit Supervisor guides and provides support to auditors throughout the audit process. The role also includes reviewing reports and working papers to ensure accuracy and completeness of findings and recommendations. The Audit Supervisor processes monthly travel budget of auditors and reviews travel liquidation reports.

  • Collaborate with the audit manager, field auditors, and staff to develop audit plans and schedules of audit.
  • Review travel budget and liquidation report of auditors.

  • Maintains confidentiality and objectivity in all aspects of audit work.
  • Prioritizes audit tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely completion of audit reports.
  • Reminds and oversees that working papers are readily available when the need arises.

  • Collaborate with other departments or relevant teams to resolve any financial data concerns.
  • Demonstrates proper coordination with different teams and meeting deadline on time
  • Properly analyzes and executes the requests and inputs of different departments

  • Implements strong password practices, including regular updates and secure storage methods for access to software and files.
Qualification Standards
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field with vital or relevant experience
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in Audit
  • Certifications and Licenses
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA,) is an advantage
  • Others
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Proficient in using accounting system and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial statements, and auditing standards applicable to field audits.
  • Ability to analyze financial data encountered during on-site audits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and anomalies identified during field audits.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in on-site auditing processes.
  • Ability to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in financial records encountered during field audits.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and professionally
