Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and organized Land Acquisition Manager to join a growing real estate team. This role is integral to our land acquisition and sales operations, focusing on engaging potential buyers, brokers, managing leads, and overseeing successful land transactions.This is a unique opportunity for someone skilled at relationship-building, strong communication, and is eager to grow within a dynamic team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture connections with brokers and buyers to drive successful land sales.
- Lead Management: Track, follow up, and manage a pipeline of potential buyers using CRM tools like FollowUpBoss and Facebook.
- Communication: Conduct outbound calls, maintain consistent written communication, and engage leads on Facebook for continuous pipeline management.
- Sales Tracking: Work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support sales growth and optimize processes.
- Process Improvement: Proactively seek ways to refine and improve lead management processes.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team initiatives and provide input on best practices as the role evolves.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales or dispositions is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FollowUpBoss) and social media, particularly Facebook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for client outreach.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Proactive and self-starting, with the potential for career growth into a leadership position.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience tracking sales metrics (KPIs) and analyzing performance.
- Knowledge of Facebook marketing for real estate and lead engagement.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
