About the Role
LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with the technical expertise and solutions they require.This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.
What You'll Be Doing- Engaging with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Providing technical support and recommendations on the company's products and services
- Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and solutions to clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and actively prospecting for new clients
- Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales engineering role, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of steel products and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficient in the use of sales and business development tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
