About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients navigate the home loan process. You’ll assist with loan applications, liaise with lenders, and provide vital support to our brokers to ensure a smooth experience for every client.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in completing home loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to submit and negotiate loan applications.
- Stay up to date with mortgage and real estate trends to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed.
Job Requirements:
About YOU- You have strong admin skills and experience using Microsoft Office products.
- You understand the standard documents lenders require (payslips, income statements, etc.).
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- You love helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams!
- You’ve had exposure to administration tasks and understand mortgage processes (entry-level experience is welcome!).
- You’ve shown initiative, reliability, and great communication in past roles.
