Job Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
- Translate and communicate effectively between Spanish and English clients
- Support healthcare or customer service-related accounts as assigned
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Trainable and willing to work night shift schedules
- Experience in BPO or healthcare accounts is an advantage
