Junior Accounting

Job Summary

The Junior Accounting is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and file tax returns (BIR, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.)
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Monitor expenses and budgets, and provide financial analysis to management
• Assist in audits and provide required documents and explanations
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management
