Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events and Sales Manager based in Cebu City. The role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, managing corporate and social event bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of events aligned with brand standards.

The Events and Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding market reach, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences within a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end event execution
  • Strong network in corporate accounts, social events, and partnerships is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Knowledge of market trends and sales strategies in the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
  • Amenable to start immediately
