LiveStream Lead - Position Overview
The Livestream Lead is responsible for the overall strategy, backend execution, management, and revenue growth of the liveroom ecosystem across all assigned channels. This role focuses entirely on taking full accountability for total livestream GMV while maintaining active on-camera hosting duties.

Core Responsibilities- Operations, Strategy & Execution
Strategy Alignment: Plan and strategize the livestream bundles. Follow and execute the live strategies laid out by Global PIC Yoko, ensuring strict operational alignment across all streams.
Host Management: Oversee the entire hosting pool, including scheduling, performance tracking, continuous training, onboarding, and motivation.
Operational Control: Take complete accountability for the day-to-day backend operations, technical setups, and "everything" involving the liverooms' performance.- On-Camera Hosting & Personal Live
Performance Driving: Use personal live hosting hours to directly capture traffic, push high-converting products, and maximize real-time GMV.
- Product & Team Guidance
Product Knowledge Authority: Act as the primary gatekeeper and trainer of accurate product information for the livestream team, ensuring all live hosts are deeply educated on product USPs, technical details, and brand positioning.
