- 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and table-based email development
- Experience conducting email QA testing and debugging
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency with email testing and optimization tools, including Email on Acid, Return Path, and Litmus
- Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of analytical and database tools
- Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Understanding of mobile-first email development practices
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, conditional logic, and SQL queries
- Familiarity with dark mode optimization, interactive and adaptive email content, and AMP for Email
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Design and develop advanced email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting to deliver dynamic, personalized content
- Execute automated customer journeys and email campaigns that drive engagement and business results
- Perform coding QA and troubleshooting to ensure quality, functionality, and deliverability standards are met
- Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with Loan Officers, offshore developers, and key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
- Build landing pages and campaign selection modules that support marketing initiatives
- Contribute to team training, process documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
