Production supervisor

The Production Supervisor role is mainly to implement the processes and practice across the organization.

The specific duties of Production Supervisor include formulating day-to-day strategy, monitoring performance of production, monitoring inventory levels and reporting such to Top Management.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
Monitoring operational concerns as assistance to Production Manager
Improve operations of production and monitor employee productivity.
Approval of Daily Accomplishment Report of Workers
Monitoring of scrap items for the production process handled
Preparation and reporting of work related accident, if any
Monitor delivery of purchased materials (local and imported), plan inventory and oversee

warehouse efficiency.

Reporting to Top Management all issues relating to Operations.
5s and cleanliness of Paper Bag warehouse.
