Digital Marketing Associate

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce campaigns
• Skilled in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, analytics, and digital content creation
• Strong analytical, project management, and coordination skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to execute campaigns independently
• Experience liaising with agencies, influencers, and platform partners

Job Description:

• Assists the Digital Marketing Manager with the implementation of various digital campaigns to achieve business objectives (increase reach, engagement, or sales conversion). These include, but are not limited to online assets, social media platforms, display advertising, and e-commerce marketing channels.
• Manages the day-to-day needs of the various brands’ social media and digital platforms.
• Boosts digital engagement thru social media contests, live events, promotions, and interactive content.
• Coordinates with different departments such as creatives, brand management, and e-commerce for timely execution of digital requirements.
• Creates and maintains the Facebook and Tiktok Catalog leading to our websites to aid in sales conversion.
• Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.
