Non IT recruiter - Manila

Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a US Non-IT / IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and IT roles across industries like healthcare, finance, retail, BPO, and logistics. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring compliance with US hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing to offer).
• Work with US clients/hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in US Non-IT / IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices, job boards, and visa types (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements under deadlines.
