Sales Associate - South Min

Join our team as a Sales Associate and play a key role in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across Mindanao.

• Manage the assigned territory, including flour dealers and institutional accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote the company's flour products and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and consumer preferences for bakery and other flour-based products.
• Conduct field sales activities, customer visits, and market surveys to identify growth opportunities.
• Initiate and conduct baking demonstrations and product seminars to promote the company's flour brands.
• Address customer inquiries and provide basic technical support on baking-related concerns when needed.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to support business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related four-year course.
• At least 3 years of experience in field sales or a related sales role is preferred.
• Experience in the flour, baking, or food industry is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hardworking, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a growth mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively
• Must know how to drive a car/sedan and possess a valid driver's license.
• Baking skills or knowledge are an advantage, but not required.
