About this Role
An HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting recruitment and employee relations, maintaining accurate records and trackers, preparing official communications, and assisting in day-to-day administrative operations such as scheduling, filing, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth organizational processes.
Work Schedule- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications & Competencies Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively
- Recruitment: Sources, screens, and processes applicants including interviews and pre-employment requirements
- Onboarding: Conducts orientation and coordinates hiring documentation with head office
- Manpower Monitoring: Prepares reports on headcount, vacancies, and personnel requisitions
- Timekeeping: Manages attendance and timekeeping procedures
- Employee Records: Maintains 201 files and documents employee movements
- Training Coordination: Facilitates employee participation in trainings and seminars
- Benefits Administration: Processes and monitors government and company benefits
- Payroll Support: Reviews leave documents and submits required reports
- Labor Relations: Coordinates employee violations, disciplinary actions, and HR cases
- Hearing Support: Assists in administrative hearings and documentation of proceedings
- Compliance Records: Maintains records of infractions and submits HR-related reports
