ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Company Nurse & Office Support, you will play a dual role in ensuring both the health and safety of employees and the smooth daily operations of the office.

You will be responsible for providing first aid and occupational health support, assisting employees with medical and government-related benefits, and ensuring compliance with DOLE and health regulations. At the same time, you will handle essential administrative and HR support tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and/or assisting different departments with documentation.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed nurse, who has strong organizational skills and is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a people-focused, multitasking environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Occupational Health.
  • Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong administrative and organizational ability.
  • Commitment to comply with confidentiality, security, and data privacy policies and laws.
  • Has extensive experience in assisting Employees.
  • Computer skills, especially in MS Word and Excel.
  • Well-versed in documentation and has good communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt own working style and priorities to meet the needs of each Department.
  • Excellent organizational skills time management and ability to work on tight schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the partner medical facility the reservation for the annual APE of the employees.
  • Act as the point person for pre-employment medical exams, results, and other HMO-related matters.
  • Monitor and assist benefits claims of employees for maternity, SSS and reimbursement, etc.
  • Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, other DOLE reports, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor inventory of medicine, pantry and office supplies and in-charge of the request for replenishment.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist in HR, Accounting and any other Admin tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Help maintain 201 files, monitor employee performance and memos, handle SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF for both employers and employees, and conduct other administrative tasks.
