About the role

As a Cashier at Boss Manok Restaurant Inc., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the cash register. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and is a crucial part of our restaurant's success.

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately processing customer transactions, including cash, and mobile payments
• Handling cash, balancing cash drawers, and following proper cash handling procedures
• Providing information about menu items, restaurant policies, and promotions to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
• Assisting with other customer service duties as needed

• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive customer experience
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and other retail technology
• A friendly, patient, and helpful demeanour
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
