About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking an energetic and reliable Courier to join our team in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. As a Courier, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to our customers. This full-time role is an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring our clients receive their shipments on time and in excellent condition.
What you'll be doing- Pick up and collect parcels and documents from our distribution centres or directly from clients
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
- Ensure the safe transportation and handling of all packages
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Valid driver's licence and experience operating a delivery vehicle
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
- A friendly, professional demeanour and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions
