Inventory Clerk

Job Overview:

This role requires flexibility, as the Inventory Clerk will be assigned to relieve inventory staff across four branches when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
2. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Record stock movements and update inventory management systems.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order placements and deliveries.
5. Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
6. Work closely with the operations and finance teams to maintain accurate records.
7. Assist in inventory forecasting and reporting.
8. Relieve inventory personnel across four branches when the assigned inventory staff is off.
9. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory control.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to lift and move stock when necessary.
8. Willingness to travel and work in different branches as required
