Responsibilities:
- Weekly transaction categorization (QuickBooks Online)
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable management
- Financial reporting and other bookkeeping tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (U.S. clients preferred)
- Expert in QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, good communicator, and able to work independently
