Cashier

• Handle customer payments including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage returns according to company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Accurately record and report daily transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments for seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area.
• Monitor for and report any discrepancies or suspicious activity.
• Comply with all BYD operational, financial, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year graduate) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in cashiering, accounting, retail, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
