Operations Manager - Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Manage scheduling, routing, and dispatch of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and evaluate staff to enhance performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze data and prepare operational reports for management decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with the management team in strategic planning and expansion projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (3–5 years minimum, preferably in a supervisory role).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics systems, fleet management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
