What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as a Sales Operations Manager, driving strategic oversight of the inbound sales pipeline. You'll lead a high-performing SDR team, optimize lead flow, and turn interest into action-all through smarter systems, better processes, and sharper execution.

Shift: Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM)

What You Need to Bring
  • Proven SDR Leadership Experience - At least 5 years of experience in SDR management with a strong track record in pipeline acceleration and lead conversion.
  • Results-Oriented and Strategic - Focused on measurable outcomes, sales velocity, and performance optimization.
  • Process-Driven and Tech-Savvy - Skilled in building and automating inbound call systems, chat workflows, CRM processes, and lead qualification methods.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker - Experienced in using analytics to refine outreach strategies and boost conversion rates.
  • Customer-Centric Communicator - Committed to delivering high-quality engagement in every interaction across calls and chats.
  • Effective Leader and Coach - Capable of developing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing SDR team.
What You'll Own and Lead
  • Inbound Call & Chat Management - Design and manage a scalable answering and chat system to ensure timely, high-quality engagement with prospects.
  • MQL to SQL Conversion - Own the full process of nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads and driving them toward discovery calls.
  • Pipeline Management & Acceleration - Identify stalled SQLs in the funnel and implement re-engagement strategies to move them forward.
  • Cold/Nurture Lead Re-Engagement - Collaborate with marketing to convert dormant leads into active opportunities through targeted campaigns and outbound efforts.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization - Build and improve SDR workflows, follow-up cadences, call scripts, chat playbooks, and automation processes to drive efficiency.
  • Technology & Automation - Implement and fine-tune CRM systems, automation platforms, and AI-driven tools to improve lead response and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization - Set data-driven KPIs, monitor trends, and continuously optimize SDR strategies based on performance insights.
  • Training & Team Development - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team with the skills, tools, and tactics needed to convert leads at scale.
