• Lead and manage employee discipline processes, including investigations, hearings, and documentation
• Ensure disciplinary actions are compliant with internal policies and local labor laws
• Collaborate with managers and legal to provide guidance on disciplinary cases
• Draft and revise disciplinary policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational standards
• Provide general HR support in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Help resolve workplace conflicts while protecting both employee rights and company interests
• Maintain records of all disciplinary actions and investigations in a secure and confidential manner
• Support HR audits and risk mitigation initiatives related to labor practices Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Law degree is a strong advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record in handling employee discipline
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong investigation, mediation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
