A day in the life of a customer service representative includes . . .- Lead and manage employee discipline processes, including investigations, hearings, and documentation
- Ensure disciplinary actions are compliant with internal policies and local labor laws
- Collaborate with managers and legal to provide guidance on disciplinary cases
- Draft and revise disciplinary policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational standards
- Provide general HR support in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Help resolve workplace conflicts while protecting both employee rights and company interests
- Maintain records of all disciplinary actions and investigations in a secure and confidential manner
- Support HR audits and risk mitigation initiatives related to labor practices Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Law degree is a strong advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record in handling employee discipline
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Strong investigation, mediation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
