Maintenance Supervisor Dressing Plant Pulilan Bulacan

• Train and develop maintenance technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning, growth, and teamwork.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance or disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Receive and review work orders, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work performed, including recording maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Maintain a tracking system for work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
• Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary parts, equipment, and services.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Enforce safety procedures and practices, promoting a safe working environment for the maintenance team and other employees.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and investigations, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the maintenance department, implement best practices, and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows, improve equipment reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
• Knowledgeable in basic motor control rewiring and in reading control diagrams
