Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer leads the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue across our arcade, indoor golf, café, and family entertainment businesses. This role also supervises Marketing Associates across branches to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events, tournaments, birthday parties, promotions, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, schools, and corporate partners.
• Implement marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Develop creative concepts and promotional activities aligned with industry trends.
• Lead and support Marketing Associates across multiple branches.
• Host events, tournaments, and promotional activities when required.
• Monitor campaign and event performance and prepare reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of marketing and events management experience.
• Experience in supplier/vendor coordination and event execution.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Passion for sports, recreation, gaming, and entertainment activities.
• Knowledgeable in sports mechanics, tournament formats, and event hosting.
• Experience organizing or hosting tournaments, competitions, or recreational events is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work onsite and on weekends or holidays when events require.
