Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Become a Credit Risk Detective: Dive deep into financial data and sniff out potential loan risks.
Use your eagle eyes to assess creditworthiness against industry and lender standards.
Be a Mortgage Maestro:Master the art of bank servicing calculators (like Quickli) to crunch the numbers. (A time-bound competency test will be required to validate your experience in the Australian Mortgage industry)
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends and regulations.
Credit Assessment & Processing Pro: Gather and organize all the necessary loan documents, leaving no stone unturned.
Analyze client financial profiles (credit reports, income statements, etc.) like a seasoned pro.Determine loan eligibility with laser precision.
Work hand-in-hand with brokers to craft winning loan solutions.
Ensure every step is compliant with all the rules and regulations.
Data & Document Ninja: Keep our systems running smoothly with accurate data entry.
Spot and squash errors before they become problems.Track application progress and keep everyone informed.
Create clear and concise reports for easy reference.
Communication Superstar: Keep clients happy with prompt and helpful communication via email and text.
Chase down bank updates and keep everyone in the loop.Support brokers with their Mortgage Instruction Reports (MIR).
Tech Savvy: Be comfortable using Australian lender platforms and servicing calculators.
Experience with CRM systems like AFG FLEX, Salestrekker, BrokerEngine, MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity.
Income Calculation Expert: Confidently calculate income from various sources, including PAYG, SMSF, self-employed, and trust financials.
Qualifications:
- Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar financial role within the Australian Mortgage Broking Market.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking(or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with Australian lender platforms and servicing calculators. You will be asked to take a competency test to validate your experience.
- Experience with CRM ie AFG FLEX, Salestrekker, MyCRM, Mercury, Infynity and BrokerEngine
- Strong proficiency in credit analysis and financial assessment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Profound knowledge of Australian credit regulations and laws.
- Has a strong understanding of various income streams and is confident in income calculations for PAYG, SMSF, self-employed and trust financials.
- Experience leading a team of other mortgage professionals (a plus)
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Internet Speed of at least 50 Mbps
