About Us

Ramen Pro Shop is a trusted supplier of high-quality ramen ingredients and supplies, serving both businesses and ramen enthusiasts. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

• Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and recommending items based on their needs
• Process sales transactions, including handling payments and issuing official receipts
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
• Assist customers in carrying purchased items and help load orders into their vehicles when needed
• Receive and unload deliveries, ensuring items are handled and stored properly
• Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, display areas, and storage spaces
• Support overall store operations and perform other assigned tasks

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not required-we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Physically capable of lifting and moving medium to heavy items
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
