Operations Assistant

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of vouchers and the processing of daily payments.
  • Organize, scan, and file financial and operational records.
  • Input transaction details into the system with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with banks and internal departments regarding payment status and requirements.
  • Perform other clerical tasks to support the HRAD and Finance teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
  • Entry-level; 0–1 year experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
