As part of our expansion, UHA Caregiver Academy is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Administrator to lead and support the daily operations of one of our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day training center operations
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards
  • Support trainers in delivering high-quality caregiver training programs
  • Manage schedules, enrollment processes, and internal communications
  • Promote a positive learning environment aligned with UHA’s mission and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Accounting
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative work, office management, or a related role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Google applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Forms)
