Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to manage daily operations at our job site and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on time. The Site Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and management, playing a vital role in planning, logistics, and site administration.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, workforce planning, and material deliveries.
• Serve as the main liaison between on-site personnel, project managers, and contractors.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards.
• Assist in maintaining site documentation, including attendance, delivery logs, permits, and incident reports.
• Oversee site safety by enforcing company and regulatory safety guidelines.
• Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage basic administrative tasks such as reporting, time tracking, and material inventory.
• Support problem-solving efforts on-site to minimize delays and disruptions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in construction management or related field is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in site coordination, project support, or a related field (e.g., construction, logistics, event management, or facilities).

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interpret plans, schedules, and site drawings.
• Proficient with basic office and site management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
• Working knowledge of safety standards and practices (OSHA knowledge is a plus).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on active job sites.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors).
• Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment (up to 25–50 lbs).
