Senior Architect / Project Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Architect / Project Manager will oversee architectural and project management tasks, primarily focused on industrial building projects. The ideal candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project management for industrial building projects.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams to ensure project cohesion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and risk assessments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes and standards.
• Mentor junior architects and project staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Licensed Architect with valid professional accreditation.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of total working experience as an Architect.
• Proven project management experience in industrial building projects.
• Extensive experience in coordinating with Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
