About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our applications and services.You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, improve system performance, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Maintain and optimize containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve issues across environments.
- Ensure infrastructure and application security best practices are followed.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Shell, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and security concepts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
- Knowledge of database management and scaling (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
