What you’ll do

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the warehouse team, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring accurate inventory management to support the manufacturing process and achieve production targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage warehouse personnel, including, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Warehouse Optimization: Optimize layout and space utilization, implement effective inventory control procedures, and maintain efficient processes to boost productivity.
• Loading Efficiency: Ensure efficient loading process to maximize space utilization and minimize handling time, thereby facilitating accurate delivery to customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular physical counts, and ensure stock levels meet production demands.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve inventory and warehousing issues.
• Technology Utilization: Use warehouse management software to track and manage inventory and workflow.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits and training sessions, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferably in a Manufacturing setup)
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
