  • Expected salary: ₱60,000 - ₱70,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media platforms
  5. Create compelling content for promotional materials, website, blog, and social media.
  6. Work with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visuals that reflect the hotel’s brand.
  7. Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
  8. Collaborate with advertising agencies and media outlets to promote the hotel.
  9. Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
  10. Organize and oversee events and promotional activities to enhance the hotel’s image.
  11. Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
  12. Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
  13. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  14. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and effectiveness.
  15. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  16. Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  17. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM software.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
  10. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  11. Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  12. Adaptable and open to new ideas and trends in marketing.
