- 2+ years of phone-based support experience, with proven ability to answer and filter incoming calls professionally.
- Capable of handling basic tenant inquiries, owner updates, and scheduling requests with tact and clarity.
- Tech-Savvy & Multi-Platform Proficiency
- Comfortable with: Gmail, Google Calendar, Facebook, Instagram, Wix (basic edits in needed), Canva, Rentec Direct, Microsoft Word, PDF Edits.
- Able to cross-post listings, monitor engagement, and perform simple website or social media updates, automations.
- Administrative Task Execution
- ,Strong organizational skills for logging maintenance requests, lease renewals, and file organization and labeling.
- Can assist in preparing lease addendums, notices, and templates under the Managing Brokers guidance.
- AI/ChatGPT Experience
- Understands how to use ChatGPT to generate listing descriptions, draft messages, respond to reviews, or automate common replies, prompts.
- Bonus: Familiarity with using ChatGPT plugins or prompt chaining to streamline business operations.
- Other Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in customer support, property management support, or administrative assistance, executive assistance.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English; a professional tone with clients is essential.
- Schedule: Availability in CST business hours
- Disposition: Proactive, highly detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
