Role Overview

The B2B Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving patient acquisition within an assigned geographic area by building strong referral networks and ensuring consistent on-the-ground execution.

This role is highly field-based and requires frequent travel across the assigned territory. The primary focus is to generate new patient referrals by actively engaging hospitals, doctors, freelance referral agents, local government units (LGUs), and funding stakeholders.

The Field SE works closely with the Business Development team, which leads strategic partnerships, funding strategy, and contract negotiations, while this role ensures execution, relationship management, and continuous patient and funding flow at the local level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Acquisition & Referral Growth(Primary Responsibility)
  • Drive new patient referral intake across all channels
  • Build and maintain a strong and continuous patient pipeline
  • Ensure conversion from referral → scan → fitting → delivery
  • Take immediate action to resolve gaps in patient flow
  1. Doctor Engagement & Referral Development
  • Conduct high-frequency hospital and clinic visits within the assigned territory
  • Introduce and explain the company’s prosthetics and orthosis (P&O) services, including:
  • Product features and benefits
  • Clinical value and patient outcomes
  • Referral and service process
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Orthopedic surgeons
  • Rehabilitation physicians
  • Allied health professionals
  • Develop long-term trust-based relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
  • Actively drive referrals of lower-limb amputee patients from partner doctors
  1. Hospital & Campsite Activation
  • Identify health institutions that can serve as our local patient accommodation hub.
  • Approach and coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and community facilities to serve as campsites
  • Maintain strong working relationships with facility administrators
  1. Freelance Referral Agent Collaboration
  • Work closely with freelance referral agents within the assigned region
  • Support agents in identifying and referring potential patients
  • Monitor referral quality and volume
  • Ensure alignment with company standards and ethical practices
  1. LGU & Community Engagement
  • Engage with LGUs and community stakeholders (mayors, health officers, social workers)
  • Support patient identification, pre-screening, and mobilization
  • Assist in organizing local outreach or screening activities
  1. Funding Support & Government Relations
  • Support Business Development in securing funding sources within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
  • LGUs and local social welfare offices
  • Other local subsidy providers and foundations
  • Act as the field coordinator for funding-related activities, including:
  • Identifying eligible indigent patients
  • Aligning patients with funding programs
  • Supporting documentation and local processing
  • Following up with funding stakeholders
  • Ensure continuous linkage between patients, referral sources, and funding channels
※ All funding activities must follow existing company guidelines on scope, approvals, compliance, and ethical standards.
※ Funding strategy, proposal development, and formal agreements remain under Business Development
  1. Field coordination & Pipeline Management
  • Coordinate among patients, doctors, campsite partners, and internal teams to facilitate patient accommodations Track referral sources, doctor activity, funding linkage, and patient pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Submit regular field activity and performance reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales, medical sales, or healthcare engagement
  • Experience working with hospitals, doctors, LGUs, or government agencies in the Philippines is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
