As a UNIQLO Retail Specialist (Part‑Timer), you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting store operations. You will:

• Genuinely make customers happy by creating a pleasant and welcoming shopping environment.
• Help increase store sales by applying product knowledge and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
• Support business growth by actively participating in daily store operations.
• Manage inventory according to company standards, including replenishment and stock organization.

Part-timers are considered the future pool of full‑time UNIQLO Retail Specialists and store leaders.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about retail and customer service:

• College student or graduate of any Bachelor’s degree (any course).
• Open to fresh graduates; retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must have a strong customer‑first mindset, interest in products and fashion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can lead when needed and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to grow within the company and pursue a long‑term career at UNIQLO.
