SALES COORDINATOR - NCR
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Olympic Village Enterprises Inc.' in Metro Manila. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.
What you'll be doing- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer databases, and preparing sales reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely fulfilment of customer orders and the resolution of any issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in sales meetings and present updates on key performance metrics
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the Sales industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Has exposure in handling footwear brands - Nike, Adidas, Skechers, NBA.
- Familiarity with the Sales Coordinators industry and its best practices
