Electrician

ELECTRICIAN

We are seeking skilled and reliable Electricians to support electrical installation, maintenance, and production activities across multiple shipyard and industrial projects. The role requires hands-on field work, coordination with supervisors and engineers, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance works for shipyard and industrial projects
• Install and connect electrical systems, panels, lighting, equipment, and related components
• Read and follow electrical drawings, layouts, and technical instructions
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Support testing and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams on daily activities
• Ensure works are completed according to project schedules and quality standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Follow all safety procedures, electrical standards, and company policies
• Assist in monitoring materials and reporting site requirements

• Vocational diploma, TESDA certification, or equivalent electrical training
• Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial, construction, shipyard, or production environments
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and diagrams
• Knowledge of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance works
• Familiarity with industrial electrical safety practices
• Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to different site conditions
• Physically fit and capable of working in production or shipyard environments
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine electrical systems
• NC II or higher electrical certification
• Experience with generators, panels, motors, or vessel electrical systems

• Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
