MS Dynamic 365 – L2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Level 2 support for insurance applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business teams, application owners, and development teams to analyze and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure availability, stability, and security.
- Manage minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data fixes.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with L3 teams for escalations and participate in release management and UAT support.
- Monitor system health and recommend enhancements for improved functionality.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in application support or development in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems
- Experience with incident management, change management, and problem management
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
- Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, JavaScript, C#, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
- Experience in Insurance Domain and L2 Support
