MS Dynamic 365 – L2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Level 2 support for insurance applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business teams, application owners, and development teams to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure availability, stability, and security.
  • Manage minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data fixes.
  • Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with L3 teams for escalations and participate in release management and UAT support.
  • Monitor system health and recommend enhancements for improved functionality.

Required Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in application support or development in the insurance domain
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems
  • Experience with incident management, change management, and problem management
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, JavaScript, C#, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Experience in Insurance Domain and L2 Support
