Are you ready to lead and innovate in the field of facilities management? Join JLL Philippines as a Soft Service Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our soft services facility programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service across our sites.
What You’ll Do- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HelpDesk team, fostering a collaborative environment with a focus on performance excellence.
- Vendor Management: Co-manage supplier and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
- Facilities Operations: Implement a quality assurance program for soft services, ensuring regional consistency and cost-effective maintenance.
- Risk Management: Coordinate property risk management programs, focusing on health, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Client Relationships: Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring service levels meet expectations and fostering client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Training: Oversee management reporting, ensure team training on soft services policies and systems, and promote continuous learning and development.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Strong client focus and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience and Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of soft services, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical and Financial Acumen: Proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and process-oriented strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Project Management: Strong skills in project implementation and program management
- Location Requirement: Candidates should reside in Batangas or be within an hour’s commute.
