Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business, or related field
At least 3–5 years experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 1-year experience supervising a group of brokers / sales agents.
Licensed Real Estate Broker will be a major advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to work on-site and support weekend events when required
