Retail Production Assistant

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing communication with suppliers to help maintain the integrity of the production schedule.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to follow up on production timelines, sample submissions, and approvals
• Monitor deliveries and ensure items arrive on time and in full
• Track pending approvals and assist in routing them to the necessary stakeholders
• Organize and maintain production documentation including POs, approval forms, and delivery receipts
• Escalate any delays or production issues to the Retail Production Manager promptly
• Support with status updates, calendar management, and internal production communications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in production, merchandising, or sourcing (internship experience considered)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest or background in the fashion or retail industry is a plus

• Experience working with subcontractors, manufacturers, or suppliers
• Exposure to retail production timelines or merchandising processes
• Familiarity with garment production or quality control procedures
