What you'll be doing- Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores)
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and service level agreements
